Valley Worlds of Fun Park Policies
Because Valley Worlds of Fun is a family park, we expect guests to behave appropriately. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund. For more information, please review the park policies below.
BEHAVIOR
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line-jumping, profanity, taunting, fighting, public displays of affection, and any other unruly behavior that are offensive to park guests could be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
DRESS CODE
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, Valley Worlds of Fun enforces a dress code. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times while in the park. Clothing with inappropriate words, phrases, or graphics is prohibited. Heely's shoes are NOT allowed to be used inside the park due to safety concerns. WEATHER POLICY
Rides will close due to weather conditions, particularly rain, high winds, and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which rides close or remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. Valley Worlds of Fun makes every effort to reopen the rides as quickly and safely as possible after the adverse weather conditions cease. Sorry, no rain checks or refunds.
RE-ENTRY
Guests who leave the park and plan to return will receive a wristband and must keep it on. When guests return to the park, they must enter with the proper wristband. Transferring wristbands is a violation of Valley Worlds of Fun policies and is strictly prohibited. Transferring wristbands is grounds for ejection from the park without refund.
NO LOITERING
Loitering is not permitted on the Valley Worlds of Fun complex. Valley Worlds of Fun is a business, and as such, for the safety and satisfaction of our paying customers, this policy is strictly enforced. If you wish to stay in the park all day, you must purchase an all day fun pass. Valley Worlds of Fun has activities that do not require a fun pass to enjoy, such as our arcade and café area. However, use of these areas does not grant you access to the park all day. After you are done in those areas, you will be expected to purchase a fun pass if you wish to stay the rest of the day. All loiterers will be asked to leave the Valley Worlds of Fun complex. Adults may accompany children who have a fun pass. Even with a fun pass, we do not allow anyone to hang out between the indoor and outdoor park areas. Hanging out in this walkway area may be cause for ejection from the park without a refund.
RIDER RESPONSIBILITY
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.
RIDE RESTRICTIONS
Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at the font counter. Height check markers are located at the entrance of each ride location to allow guests to check height prior to entering the ride. Ride attendants at each ride location can help with height check as well.
LINE-JUMPING
Line-jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.
